Starring Imran Khan (Madhav- Maddy) and Kangana Ranaut (Payal). The movie is about a simple middle class seedha sadha kind of a guy (Maddy) madly in love with Payal, belonging to a page 3 kind of society, looking for some fun in college.

They eventually move in to live-in relation. Their love story gets in to mundane and petty fights surface. In one such argument Maddy asks Payal to get lost and after 5 years of relationship, Payal walks out on him. He is completely heartbroken and devastated. His family and friends all urge him to forget her and move on in life, the way she has. She has completely lost touch with Maddy and none of their friends are ready to divulge her whereabouts and just tell Maddy to move on in life

But Maddy believes in the power of love and is convinced that if he gets to meet Payal once, all will be resolved. Maddy meets Payal and also discovers there is more to why Payal leaves him.

The movie is very predictable and very boring in the first half. Aamir Khan during the promotion of the movie had said he had cried a lot in the movie and here in the interval, apart from crying I felt like pulling off my hair.

The second half is a little better and the last 12-15 mins is good. But not advisable to endure two and a half hours of rubbish for a delight of 15 mins in the end.

The scene of Maddy drunk and his friends trying to save the day in front of his parents is an absolute ham scene. Nikhil Advani the only movie to his credit remain Kal Ho Na Ho. Dude you’ve lost it. Some moments are really done well in the movie but too few, only the emotional ones in the end. The screenplay of moving from present to past and back to present, using the frames in reverse is absolutely dumb

Song picturization remains his forte and all songs look good on the screen.

The music is good.

Imran is ok nothing great. We have seen much better from Kangana.

Support cast has not much to do.

Absolutely Avoidable.
